our steps to the south

Joy took this photo showing the first phase of the 10 steps we placed on Labor Day. We'd been waiting for cooler weather and when it came it was a little unbearably cold until Labor Day morning. The steps went in easier than we anticipated. Next weekend we plan to get more red lava boulders and gravel.
