Happy 20th Anniversary

Today marks 20 years since we discovered the property!

15 years since ground-breaking!

And were still breaking ground, or at least Joy is in this picture... doing the mid-winter clean-up.

Uh, it's July 4, 2017.  I guess it's been 14 years since we came upon the property.  We're still here!

Wow... I don't post here much.
I'm required by law to at least acknowledge the 10th anniversary of our stumbling upon this property!
